In our teachings we draw upon many of the planet's great spiritual traditions, in particular the Buddhist tradition and its integration with contemporary western ways of understanding and lifestyles.

Meditation is not just for the meditation hall. Our aspiration is for people to bring awareness developed in meditation into every aspect of their daily lives - for personal healing and transformation.

Our centre in Hawthorn in Melbourne offers a dedicated space for practice, study and the shared exploration of the path of healing.

All you need to come with is an open mind and a willingness to explore.
